Refund and Return Policy for dbroidery.com

At dbroidery.com, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a refund and return policy in accordance with international and South African law. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns of all products within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personalized items
Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Please note that the following conditions must be met in order to receive a refund:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be returned in its original packaging
The item must be received within 14 days from the date of delivery

Waiver for Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your products to ensure that they reach you in good condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To report a damaged item, please send an email to support@dbroidery.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of the damage.

We will review the report and issue a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the product.

Relevant Laws

The refund and return policy of dbroidery.com is in accordance with international and South African law. The Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, Act 68 of 2008, is the relevant law for consumer protection in South Africa. The policy also complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Directive 2011/83/EU, which applies to all online sales within the European Union.

1. Prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. No returns if garment is printed and embroidery, please ensure garments are thoroughly checked before altering.
3. Customers must ensure that orders collected / delivered are checked for accuracy before accepting goods as discrepancies cannot be rectified later.
4. Please note: Garments comprised either wholly or partly of cotton are not suitable for applications where garment is exposed to excessive sunlight and/or perspiration, as this will result in fading.
5. Where orders are delivered to a third party (printer / embroiderer) customers must please advise the third party to check for discrepancies before any value is added to the product as faulty units cannot be replaced once work (printing / embroidery) has been added to the product.
6. For customer convenience, orders can be placed online.
7. Payment terms are strictly: Electronic Funds Transfer / Credit Card.
